  • Request to Delete: California residents have the right to request deletion of their Personal Information that we have collected about them and to have such Personal Information deleted, except where an exemption applies.   • Right to non-discrimination: The CCPA prohibits discrimination against California residents for exercising their rights under the CCPA. Discrimination may exist where a business denies or provides a different level or quality of goods or services, or charges (or suggests that it will charge) different prices, rates, or penalties on residents who exercise their CCPA rights, unless doing so is reasonably related to the value provided to the business by the residents’ data.

If you would like to submit a data access, correction, restriction, or deletion request, you can do so by contacting us at marketing@amstedauto.com and we will process such request with respect to any Personal Information that we are able to link to you individually based on the information that you can provide to us. These rights and options that you have with respect to Personal Information are subject to limitations and exceptions under applicable law.

California law provides that California residents are entitled to know how we respond to “Do Not Track” browser settings. We are not currently aware of a worldwide, uniform or consistent industry technology standard or definition for responding to, processing, or communicating “Do Not Track” signals. Accordingly, our website is unable to respond to “Do Not Track” requests from browsers.

Where Your Information is Processed

Amsted Auto is based in the United States. No matter where you are located, your Personal Information will be collected and processed in the United States. The laws of the United States and other countries governing data protection may not be as comprehensive or as protective as the laws in the country where you live.
